The price of that mobile will be around Rs.10000/- But that prize is not a official news . That phone will have dual camera in back. and one camera will be a high-end camera in back.

My Opinion

Performance 

  They are giving MediaTek chipset. This chipset is not comfortable with both sim 1 and sim 2 LTE supporting. Only first supports LTE. And It has octa Core processor. Now a days we can buy a mobile with this processor at below Rs.8000/- . It will have 4 GB ram, So you can play heavy games. And run a lot of apps in background. This mobile also has a good graphics chipset(GPU). It supports high graphics games. This phone is coming with android v7.0. This ia a good one. There are many shortcuts and so many options in this Operating System.  . But performance based it a good mobile

Display

 This mobile has  LCD display. Wow! that is a nice one. This LCD display has very super picture quality. And the size of this display is 5.5". This size is not a large or not a small one it is a medium size. You fully can use the mobile by your one hand.there is no doubt The video quality will be wonderful.And it has touch screen. Now a days most of the mobiles hve touch screen. you can play 1080 x 1920 hd videos. You can also play 4K videos.

Camera

This mobile has 13 MP dual camera at back and 5 MP front camera. Back camera is okay but they would give 8 MP or 13 MP camera at front. And the back cameras is  high-end cameras, so it will give picture quality as a DSLR. and both front and rare cameras supports HDR. so you can take pictures without reflection. 

Battery  

They are giving 4000 mAh battery. You can use fully 2 days  the phone after a fully charging. This processor will not drink more battery. They are not giving user removable battery, so you cannot change it. They provide this mobile with Li-polymer battery. It is a latest technology of battery. You can increase the capacity of the battery. They told like you can increase 8% capacity of this battery every time after charing. that means if this mobile dry after 10 hours, next time the time will be increased 8%.
