The model numbers "SM-N950N256", "SM-N950NK_256G", "SM-N950NK_256GBE", and "SM-N950NK_256GBK" all seem to indicate that that there will be 256 GB models of the Galaxy Note 8 although Quandt states that these are headed to Korea and Korea only for now.
