Although the Galaxy Note 8 was the first Samsung-made smartphone to feature a dual-lens camera, it looks like the recently announced phablet won't be the only one for long. Yes, we are talking about the Galaxy J7 Plus. Joining the already crowded family of J7 devices – including the regular Galaxy J7, Galaxy J7 Pro, Galaxy J7 Prime, Galaxy J7 Nxt, Galaxy J7 Perx, and Galaxy J7 Max (phew, did I get them all?)  the Galaxy J7 Plus is set to be the second-ever smartphone from Samsung to sport a dual-lens camera.

We saw the leaked press materials just few days ago, which confirmed that the upcoming midranger would house a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display, 2.4 GHz octa-core processor, 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, and 3,000 mAh battery. Thanks to Weibo, now we have a clearer idea of what the device will look like from every angle. Check out the nine new live images below:

While the phone doesn't come with a fancy Infinity Display or glass back like the Galaxy Note 8, the Galaxy J7 Plus is expected to have two camera lenses on the back much like Samsung's latest flagship: one 13-megapixel sensor with f/1.7 aperture and one 5-megapixel sensor with f/1.9 aperture. As we previously reported, these two will work together to create depth-of-field effects, bringing Galaxy Note 8's "Live Focus" feature that we saw last week. Whether they will both have OIS remains unclear, however.

We don't have any information on its availability or pricing yet, but given that IFA officially kicks off next week, we wouldn't be surprised to see the official announcement made in Berlin. Would you buy Samsung's cheaper midrange phone with dual-lens camera? Do you think Samsung will bring dual-lens cameras to other midrangers in the future? Let us know by leaving a comment below!
