Blass indicated in a follow-up tweet that it may indeed be the current iteration of the Daydream View headset. Whatever the case, we should know pretty soon. Details of the new Google Home, Daydream View, and Pixel devices leaked last week which means the release is getting pretty close. We expect Google will take the wraps off everything at its event on October 4. It's hard for us to imagine that LG would continue to sell the V30 exclusively in South Korea for much longer as its list of competitors continues to grow. If we are getting the newest Daydream View with the V30, it could line up perfectly for a mid-October collaboration.
