The feature is rolling out now and should show up for you soon, if it hasn't already. It's not limited to desktop either, as mobile users can also get in on the fun. The feature works in the standard YouTube app but not the YouTube Music app as of yet. We'd expect to see it roll out there soon, but there's no official word from Google.

As of right now, Google is only teaming up with Ticketmaster on this project. There's no mention of expanding to other ticketing companies and not all artists use Ticketmaster. If your favorite artist doesn't have shows listed, they're either not in the program yet or don't use Ticketmaster.
