Panasonic has announced that its first dual camera smartphone — the Eluga Ray 500 — will now be available across all major offline retail outlets across India.

The Eluga Ray 500 is a budget smartphone with a 5-inch 720p IPS display, a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor, and 3GB RAM along with 32GB expandable storage.
