Google has launched its wireless earbuds, the Pixel Buds, in the UK, Australia and Germany. Released last November, these represent Google's first foray into the headphone market, and they arrive with Google Assistant integration.
The headphones were previously exclusive to the US and Canada, but they're now available at Google's online store in the aforementioned regions, coming in at £159, €179 and $249 AUD. This makes them more expensive than the $159 they cost in the US, with the UK being hit hardest—they come in at the equivalent of around $220 there.
Google Pixel yearly sales double to 3.9 million in 2017
When we reviewed the headphones last year, we said that those who regularly use Google Assistant would enjoy them most, but conceded that they aren't the best sounding, best designed, or the best-priced headphones. With them priced comparatively more in these other territories, they're even worse value than they were previously.
See them at the Google Store here, or check out some alternatives in our sister site's guide to the best headphones of 2018 at the link.
