Huawei has started teasing the launch of the P20 Pro in India. So far, there is no official information on when the company expects to launch the phone but according to our sources, Huawei is targeting the last week of April for the launch. We don't have any information yet on the pricing, which will be critical as the Pro Pro in particular is known to be expensive. While India is no stranger to expensive phones (the iPhone X costs more than some cars) it remains to be seen if customers will be willing to pay the same price for a Huawei branded phone.

Huawei has been India for many years now, but for the past few years has been almost exclusively operating under the Honor branding, with next to no pure Huawei branded phones being launched in India. This will be the first proper Huawei phone to launch in India after a long time so we will have to wait and see how the customers respond.
