Smartwatches are great tools for staying on top of your notifications, tracking your activity, and more. However, nothing beats that classic look of an analog watch strapped to your wrist. Analog watches are simple, classy, and look much better than most smartwatches when you're dressing up. If you want a wearable that looks like an analog watch but can also track your activity and give you notifications, look no further — we've rounded up some of the best hybrid watches on the market.

Most of the hybrid smartwatches listed below can track your daily activity, sleep, and give you smartphone notifications. They're not going to be the most powerful or feature-packed fitness trackers out there though, so keep that in mind when making your purchasing decision.
Note: We will continuously update this best hybrid watches article as new products launch.
Garmin vivomove HR
We'd say the best hybrid watch on the market is the Garmin vivomove HR.
It might not be the prettiest hybrid smartwatch out there, but Garmin included some extra features to make this watch smarter than the rest. The vivomove HR is a touchscreen device, complete with a small digital display that only appears when you turn your wrist. It supports vibration alerts for most notifications you receive on your phone, and it gives you the ability to control music that's playing on your phone.

It's swim and shower safe, lasts up to five days on a single charge in smartwatch mode, and tracks your steps, intensity minutes, sleep, heart rate, and more.
Skagen Jorn Hybrid
The Skagen Jorn Hybrid watch is the sexiest device on this list. If you want a hybrid smartwatch that doesn't look anything like a smartwatch, this one's for you.
There's no digital screen here. Instead, there are three buttons on the side of the watch that you can program to control your music and volume, act as a camera shutter button, show the date, show a secondary time zone, or show your step count.

In addition, the watch provides vibration alerts for text, calls, and emails, and it'll keep track of your sleep if you choose to wear it at night. It even runs on a standard CR2412 coin cell battery, so you won't need to charge it.
We'd be remiss for not mentioning Skagen's Hald Hybrid watch. It's basically the same device as the Jorn, but built for women.
Misfit Path and Misfit Command
The Misfit Path and Command are basically the same hybrid watches in different form factors. The Path, pictured above, is a bit smaller and supports interchangeable 16mm straps, while the Command is suited for bigger wrists due to its 20mm strap size.
Both devices will give you call, text, email, and app notifications, as well as vibration alarms and move reminders. They'll both track your daily activity too, including your steps taken, calories burned, distance traveled, and sleep.

They also feature programmable smart buttons on the side so you can play and pause music on your phone, take a photo, connect to other smart devices, or ring your phone.
Nokia Steel HR
The Nokia Steel HR (formerly Withings Steel HR) is a fantastic hybrid watch if you're into fitness.
This hybrid watch has a small digital display that allows you to flip through your heart rate, steps, distance, calories, alarms, and battery, as well as date and time. It's a little difficult to see in direct sunlight, though it's a very convenient feature at all other times. Plus, you can receive call, text, and calendar alerts on that digital screen.

In addition, its battery will last 25 days on a single charge, it has a water resistance rating of 5ATM, and it's super comfortable to wear all day.
Anything from Fossil
Fossil has too many hybrid watches to choose from, and they're all great. I'm fond of the Q Commuter lineup, though the Q Accomplice and Q Activist lines are popular too.
Most Fossil hybrid watches offer the same functionality. They'll track your steps taken, distance traveled, calories burned, and sleep, as well as give you smartphone notifications and vibration alarms. Like other hybrid smartwatches, these also have buttons on the side that let you take a photo, control your music, and more.
These are also water resistant to 50 meters and last a full year on a single charge thanks to their coin cell batteries.
