Samsung will release a new low to mid-end smartphone called the Samsung Galaxy Wide 3 on May 25. The device will cost 297,000 won (around $275.02) and be exclusive to SK-Telecom in Korea. The phone is the successor to the Galaxy Wide 2.

SK-Telecom says it is targeting the device at over 40s who want a large screen phone for a small price and it shows in device's basic features.

Unlike other recently announced budget Samsung phones, the Galaxy J6 and Galaxy J8, there is no "Infinite Display" on the Galaxy Wide 2. Instead, it comes with a 5.5-inch HD display, along with 2GB of RAM and 32GB expandable storage.
