Oppo is apparently going to release a version of the Oppo Find X with 10GB RAM. The news comes via leaker Ice Universe who spotted the phone on TENAA. If it's legit, this would be the first mainstream phone to come with this amount of RAM.

The listing says the 10GB RAM version of the phone will come with 256GB storage; just like the existing model, though it doesn't say when Oppo is planning to release the device or if it will come to markets outside China. The original Find X arrived with 8GB of RAM.
