Stardew Valley is one of the most popular indie titles in recent memory, considered by many to be a spiritual successor to the Harvest Moon series. We're a little surprised it isn't available on mobile though, but you won't have to wait too long to farm on your smartphone.

The game will land on iOS on October 24, according to a blog post by developer Eric Barone (h/t: Polygon). Stardew Valley will also arrive on Android, Barone confirmed, but there's no exact launch date just yet.

The developer says this is indeed the full game (with content up to version 1.3), albeit

with touch controls and touch-focused tweaks (e.g. new UI). Unfortunately, mod support and multiplayer content isn't available in the mobile version.
