Oppo has announced the launch of its new mid-range smartphone, the Oppo A7, in India. The A series has been one of the best-selling smartphone series for the company since its launch in India.

Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor, the Oppo A7 features a 6.2-inch HD+ Incell Screen with an 88.4% screen-to-body ratio and a waterdrop notch, along with Corning Gorilla Glass for scratch resistance. There's also a fingerprint scanner at the back.

One of the highlights of the Oppo A7 is its large 4,230mAh battery. The large capacity, combined with a lower resolution display and a frugal chipset, should deliver even more power savings.
