While the video, which appears via Slashleaks, looks like an official Samsung video, the futuristic devices that appear in it are likely only illustrations. Yes, we do see a Galaxy Note 9 and a Galaxy S9 Plus in there, but we also see a lot of bleeding-edge technology — a smartphone ultrasound scan and robotic tattooist aid among them. Not to mention whatever those Samsung-branded interactive mirrors are.
These kinds of development videos don't necessarily show off what companies are working on, but rather the implications of what they are developing. We might not see factory-style robotic arms in tattoo parlors anytime soon, but tablets will continue to aid designers and artists in new and unique ways.

While the final model, which we expect to see later this month on February 20, may look a bit different (the foldable in the video probably isn't a real device), this may be as close as we've yet come to what it will actually look like.
I suspect the official model, rumored to be called the Galaxy F, won't be quite as slim, would have a smaller front display, and would feature significantly larger bezels; like the other concepts in the video, this too has likely been exaggerated.
