Update, February 20, 2019, 05:34 AM ET: Tencent has launched the Resident Evil PUBG Mobile crossover event teased in December. 'Zombie: Survive Till Dawn' sees players tackle hordes of Resident Evil 2 zombies in PvE matches. 

Each 30-minute round spans two nights and three days in-game. During the day, the zombies are said to be reasonably easy to deal with, while at night they become aggressive and are more likely to attack players. Those taking part have a chance to win Leon and Claire skins as well as Ada and Marvin costumes. It sounds like a rollicking good time.
