The Samsung Galaxy S10 Unpacked event invite.

  • A new leak has revealed European pricing for the Samsung Galaxy S10 series.
  • Samsung's flagships are said to start at 749 euros, all the way to 1,499 euros.
  • The latest leak also reiterates plans for a 12GB/1TB Galaxy S10 Plus model.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 launch is less than a month away, and the leaks are (unsurprisingly) picking up now. The latest leak may have just given us European pricing and the various configurations on offer at launch.

MySmartPrice and serial teen tipster Ishan Agarwal revealed the list of supposed Galaxy S10 configurations and price-points for the Netherlands. Dutch pricing should be similar (if not identical) to the rest of Europe, so it seems like a good indication of what to expect if you live elsewhere in the EU.

The cheapest device, dubbed the Galaxy S10e, purportedly has a suggested retail price of 749 euros (~$857). For your cash, you're apparently getting 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. The Galaxy S10e is expected to be available in canary yellow, prism black, green, and white. But the outlet and tipster claim that a blue model will launch at a later stage.

Meanwhile, the standard Galaxy S10 is said to start at 899 euros (~$1028) for the 6GB/128GB model. Want the 8GB/512GB variant? It's tipped to cost 1,149 euros (~$1315). The phone is said to be available in black, green, white and blue. However, the 8GB/512GB version is tipped to sport prism black and pearl white flavors — gradient colors perhaps?

Editor's Pick

Moving to the Galaxy S10 Plus, Samsung is apparently charging 999 euros (~$1,143) for the 6GB/128GB model, 1,249 euros (~$1,429) for the 8GB/512GB variant, and 1,499 euros (~$1,715) for the 12GB/1TB option. The 6GB and 8GB model are set to receive black, green, white and blue color schemes, while the 12GB variant is only available in ceramic black and ceramic white.

In other words, Samsung seems committed to breaching the $1,000 barrier with its new flagships for the most part. The pricing also appears to differ somewhat from an earlier claim by Italian publication TuttoAndroid. The outlet pegged the cheapest device at 779 euros (~$891), and the most expensive version at 1,599 euros (~$1830). So if the new leak is indeed true, then the range is cheaper than first reported. But those expecting Xiaomi-style pricing will undoubtedly be disappointed.
