Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is created by the same company behind Pokémon Go — Niantic. It's an officially licensed property, so you're going to see all sorts of characters from the Harry Potter universe, including Harry, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, Buckbeak, the Sorting Hat, Death Eaters, etc.
