The Nokia 3.1 launched in the summer of last year with Android 8.1 Oreo as its operating system. The budget smartphone has a MSRP of $160 but you can grab one now for much cheaper than that. For example, Amazon.com has the Nokia 3.1 available right now for only $140. That's not a bad price for an Android 9 Pie smartphone!
