AT&T has revealed the Samsung Galaxy Fold will hit its store shelves on April 26. The carrier announced the availability in a press release earlier today, only four days after T-Mobile revealed its Galaxy Fold release schedule.
Samsung's foldable flagship first hit headlines back in February when it was revealed alongside the Galaxy S10 series. At the time, it was revealed it would be available from April in the U.S., but it has been a long wait for more concrete release date news.
AT&T said the phone can be picked up on a 30-month contract for $66 per month with AT&T Next, or you can order it at its full $1,979.99 retail price. If you do take out a contract initially, you can still pay off the full amount later if you want to.

The Galaxy Fold features a traditional forward-facing screen as well as an unfolding inward-facing display. This setup allows the Galaxy Fold to be used as a traditional smartphone — using the 4.6-inch HD+ Super AMOLED screen on its front — or as a tablet once you unfold the 7.3-inch QXGA+ Dynamic AMOLED internal display.
It's a unique prospect, but whether it will be worth the ultra-premium price tag we'll have to assess in our upcoming review.
