Xiaomi's new rival in India, Realme, has also reported big numbers. The company said it sold 500,000 Realme 3 units in just three weeks. The brand's latest budget phone offers a Helio P70 chipset in India (Helio P60 elsewhere), 3GB to 4GB of RAM, 32GB to 64GB of expandable storage, and a 4,230mAh battery.
There's little doubting that both companies will see even bigger numbers as these phones launch in other markets. And Realme also has an ace up its sleeve in the upcoming Realme 3 Pro, which is expected to take the fight to the Redmi Note 7 Pro.
