Samsung's $2000 foldable phone is getting a software update which brings a bunch of camera improvements to the phone. According to Sammobile, the update is now rolling out to Galaxy Fold devices in France and the UAE. A wider rollout is also expected soon.

The Galaxy Fold has a total of six cameras on it. While the phone's camera configuration and app are pretty much in-line with the Galaxy Note 10, it was lacking all the new camera features you get with the latter. The latest update fixes all that.

Software version F900FXXU1ASJ4 reportedly adds a Night mode for selfies, Live Focus mode for videos, AR doodle, and Super Steady recording in Hyperlapse mode on the Galaxy Fold.

The foldable phone is also apparently gaining a new video editor that allows users to stitch together multiple videos and add captions to them.
