— Mi India – #108MP IS COMING! (@XiaomiIndia) November 25, 2019
It's possible that we're looking at a Mi Mix Alpha release, but it's far more likely that Xiaomi is preparing to bring the Mi Note 10 to the Indian market. Then again, 91Mobiles reported last week that Xiaomi will bring the Mi Note 10 and limited
In any event, Indian users will be in for a treat if it is indeed the Mi Note 10. The phone packs a penta-lens camera setup on the rear, featuring two telephoto cameras (2x and 3.7x), a 20MP ultra-wide snapper, a 2MP macro lens, and the aforementioned 108MP primary camera.
Xiaomi's device also offers an upper mid-range Snapdragon 730G processor, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of fixed storage, a 6.47-inch OLED screen with in-display fingerprint sensor, and a 32MP selfie camera in a waterdrop notch. The Mi Note 10 also stands out from the pack thanks to its massive, 5,260mAh battery with 30W charging.
Our own David Imel thought the phone offered a lot of value in his Mi Note 10 review, praising the battery life, versatile cameras, and addition of a 3.5mm port. But David also noted that picture quality saw a significant drop at night, especially when using the 108MP mode (as you'd expect).
The Mi Note 10 currently retails for €550 in Europe, but Xiaomi phones are usually a little cheaper in India.
