LG's next ThinQ device is tipped to be the LG V60 ThinQ.

LG pulled out of MWC 2020 in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, and it looks like it may have been getting ready to launch the LG V60 ThinQ.

Veteran tipster Evan Blass posted two screenshots purportedly from an LG promotional video, claiming that the screens show the LG Time or LG V60 ThinQ. Blass posted the screens on Twitter (locked account), giving us a see-through look at the back of the phone — the transparency effect isn't part of the actual design.

The images show a 5,000mAh battery, which would be 1,000mAh bigger than LG's 2019 flagships (including the G8, G8X, and V50 ThinQ). Hopefully LG bumps up the charging speed to compensate for the bigger battery, otherwise users will be waiting a long time for their phone to charge. Either way, the V60's apparent battery size would also put it at the same capacity as the rumored Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.

Other noteworthy details gleaned from these images include what appears to be a quad rear camera setup and four microphones. LG has focused on audio playback and recording in recent years, so the presence of these microphones suggests that high-quality recording and plenty of audio options will be present again.

Speaking of audio, it looks like LG will continue to offer a 3.5mm port on its new flagship, making it part of an ever-shrinking club. Samsung has recently ditched this port on its flagships, while the likes of Xiaomi only offer it on affordable flagships (e.g. Mi 9T Pro).

This isn't the first time we've heard about the LG V60 ThinQ coming to MWC though, as reports out of Korea previously mentioned this back in December and January. Either way, we hope the Korean brand steps its game up in 2020, especially when it comes to camera quality, software features, and pricing.
