Mainly, they come with MicroUSB charging instead of USB-C, and they drop the wireless charging capabilities. Both are useful features, but they also increase the price substantially.

As of this writing, a price and release date were not available for the Realme Buds Air Neo, as the company hasn't made its official announcement.
