Oppo will launch the Reno6 series tomorrow, but the phones have already leaked through retailer JD and @evleaks. A couple of days ago @evleaks also posted images of this case with a clever kickstand – it can also double as a selfie flash. By the looks of it this isn’t a powered case, instead it guides the light from the phone’s rear-facing flash forward. Also, it looks like the Pro and vanilla models will get such a case, perhaps the Pro+ will too.

Clever case for Oppo Reno6 and Reno6 Pro

Speaking of the vanilla Oppo Reno6 5G, this one is the easiest to tell apart thanks to its flat sides. Just don’t confuse it for the Reno6 Z 5G, which appears to be its own thing.

The two higher end models went through TENAA, which revealed the key features. The Pro+ will be powered by a Snapdragon 870 chipset and will feature a 50+16+13+2 MP camera setup (the 13 MP module has a telephoto lens). Reno6’s trip through TENAA left more to the imagination. We know that it will have a slightly smaller 6.43” screen and 4,200 mAh battery (that still supports 65W charging). The phone itself will be a tad smaller than the Reno5 5G.

See you tomorrow for the official reveal of the Oppo Reno6 series. It’s not clear if the Z model will join the main trio on stage, but it does have all the necessary documentation so it might.
