Smart Android And Trik-Commenting on Andorid indeed never endless, because smart devices this one is often updated every certain amount of time. So that the market can always be garapnya menerinya with pleasure. And it is not denied if this device has become the lifestyle of each society. To not wonder if the 6th business information and many are turning to mobail smartphone. With Android which thoroughly dominated the mobile industry, choosing the best Android smartphone is almost identical to choose the best smartphone, period. But while Android phones have few real opponents on other platforms, internal competition is intense.
Samsung will increase the battery capacity of the Galaxy S23 and S23+, according to rumors. The vanilla phone will go up to 3,900mAh, the plus model to 4,700mAh (+200mAh in both cases). Only the S23 Ultra will stick with the capacity of its predecessor, 5,000mAh. But Samsung has come up with another way to improve battery life – Light mode.
This mode was introduced for Samsung’s foldables earlier this year and serves as an alternative to Standard mode. It prioritizes battery life and running cool over absolute performance.
According to IceUniverse, the drop in performance will be moderate while the reduction of power usage will be significant. Note that this is separate from the usual Power saving mode.
Light mode as it appears on the Galaxy Z Fold4
Light mode will not affect performance in games as the performance profile for them will continue to be controlled from the separate Game Booster settings as it is right now.
The new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is showing promising results, so the performance uplift from the new chipset may balance out the slowdown caused by Light mode. That said, the 8 Gen 2 is promising to be more power efficient than the 8 Gen 1, so battery life should be better (even before accounting for the larger batteries on the Galaxy S23 and S23+).
PS. the screenshot clearly comes from a Galaxy Z Fold4, so we have no idea how Light mode will actually perform on a real S23.
